Steve Sloan, certified in Tai Chi Methods and a practitioner of both Tai Chi and Yoga for over 15 years,
is offering private sessions in Tai Chi and Qigong.
I provide a 75-minute session of exercise and movement in your home, at your office or in our studio.
These sessions do not require special clothing or equipment. The focus is on breathing, stretching,
meditation, and self-massage. Participants find these sessions relaxing, re-invigorating - and with repetition -
a return of muscle tone and flexibility.
